HQ IDS invites contributions to this section of the web site. These may be original work in the area of defence planning with special reference to a joint services environment or reviews of other such work published elsewhere. Contributions are invited from the following:-     - Any Service HQ/inter-service institution/defence agency in their official capacity.     - Defence services officers/personnel below officers rank in their personal capacity.     - Any civil agency/institution engaged in/involved with the defence planning process.     - Eminent retired defence officers or civilians involved in the study/ analysis of defence planning.
